By accessing and using TaskLiberator's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
TaskLiberator provides automation tools and services including but not limited to:
- Browser automation and Chrome extensions
- Excel macro development and spreadsheet automation
- N8N workflow automation services
- Professional training and certification programs
- Custom automation solution development
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Engage in unauthorized access to systems or data
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Interfere with the operation of our services
For premium services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Payment terms include:
- Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TaskLiberator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaskLiberator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
